President's Introduction

Following the successful Tenth Anniversary Conference in Warsaw last year with participation of Commandants and Rectors, this year's conference has a special theme related to the future of Military Science.  Please read the President's introduction, attached above.

Brigadier General Wolfgang Peischel, President of ISMS for 2018-2019, reflects on the theme and focus of this year's conference.  

Building Military Science for the Benefit of Society

There will be special sessions for young scholars, new faculty members in military institutions, military librarians, research managers, military journal editors, and contributors to the Springer Handbook of Military Sciences.
